Go to Countdown at SR 31-Dec-2013

Today i going to countdown at SR province with Sot Sonita. This is the first time that i go there only one fri. I will to sharing all photo on 01-jan-2014. Let say Happy New Year 2014.

For the past 23 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: 'If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?' And whenever the answer has been 'No' for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.

១. សូមកុំភ្លេច បែរមើលញាតិ ដែលកំពុងមានការលំបាក ហើយហុចដៃជួយគ្នាឡើង ទៅវិញទៅមក។ ពេលនោះ យើងនឹងមានអារម្មណ៍ថា យើងមិនមែនជា មនុស្សឯកា តទៅទៀតទេ។

២. សូមជូតទឹកភ្នែកខ្លួនឯង ហើយញញឹមឡើង ដើម្បីជួយបណ្តុះ កម្លាំងចិត្ត និងជម្រះទឹកភ្នែករបស់អ្នកដែលនៅ ជុំវិញខ្លួនយើង ហើយដែល កំពុងត្រូវការ រូបយើង នោះផង។

៣. សូមរំលែកទុក្ខសោក របស់អ្នកនៅជុំវិញខ្លួនយើង ដោយសុទ្ធចិត្ត នោះគង់មានថ្ងៃណាមួយ គេនឹងមាន វិលបែរមកជួយរំលែក ទុក្ខយើងវិញ ក្នុងវេលាដែលយើងត្រូវការ ដូចគ្នា។

៤. ពិតមែនហើយ មិត្តល្អ ពិតជារកបានដោយកម្រ! ប៉ុន្តែ បើយើងអាចធ្វើខ្លួន ជាមិត្តល្អបានពេលណា យើងច្បាស់ជា មិនខ្វះញាតិមិត្តល្អៗ ចោមរោមយើង ក្នុងភាពជាមិត្តល្អឡើយ។ ហើនៅពេលនោះ យើងក៏លែងក្រមិត្តល្អ តទៅទៀតដែរ។

ដូច្នេះ សូមធ្វើខ្លួនជាមិត្តល្អ គ្រប់នាទី
